Parisian LLC, one of Russia’s largest lingerie distributors and retailers, has acquired French lingerie producer Wilgal Diff Bip Bip, which owns a factory for the production of premium swimwear in Juan-les-Pins, between Nice and Cannes, France.
Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. The Russian company has also obtained the rights for development under the Bip Bip brand name in the EU and Russia.
