3D technology for rail passenger seats
Getzner Textil of Bludenz, Austria, has developed a three-dimensional (3D) technology called Getzspace that, among other things, enables more sustainable and cost-effective production of passenger seats in local public transport.
The technology was featured in the seat cover of the New Regio rail passenger seat from Grammer, which was presented for the first time at September’s InnoTrans trade fair for the rail transport industry held in Berlin, Germany.
