Axent Capital acquires German automotive interior parts supplier
Germany-based automotive interior supplier Eissmann Group has been acquired by Axent Capital Partners of Zug, Switzerland.
Headquartered in Bad Urach near Stuttgart, Eissmann supplies nearly all luxury car brands, including Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Aston Martin, Porsche and high-end models from Mercedes, BMW and Audi.
