Bacteria-produced PHA fibres aid bone healing

A recent doctoral thesis from the University of Borås, Sweden, has explored an innovative method for bone healing using bacteria-produced fibres, eliminating the need to harvest bone from another part of the body. It involves using bacteria to produce fibres that can help heal bones.
