Balfin selling Albanian fashion unit to Kosovo’s Albi Holding

The Albanian competition authority said Kosovo-based retailer Albi Holding has submitted a notification for the proposed acquisition of all shares of clothing and accessories retail company Fashion Group Albania, owned by Albanian diversified conglomerate Balfin Group.
