Several major global clothing brands have signed legally binding agreements to support collective bargaining and better wages for garment workers in Cambodia.
The move, backed by trade unions and employers under the IndustriALL Global Union and the ACT (Action, Collaboration, Transformation) framework, marks the first time global sourcing brands have formally committed to support factory-level wage agreements in Cambodia’s textile, garment, footwear and travel‑goods sector.
