Supreme Group launched the Circuline range at last month’s Bharat Mobility Component Show, held in New Delhi, India.
The new product range focuses on sustainable materials for automotive interior soft trims and noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) solutions for global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Circuline is based on renewable, recycled and reclaimable materials for critical and high-performance applications in Supreme’s automotive components range and are engineered to minimise waste, targeting a closed-loop material system.
“Our commitment to innovation has driven us to reimagine materials and products from the ground up to meet circularity objectives across industries,” said Amit Kavrie, Supreme Group managing director.
“With Circuline’s range of revolutionary materials, we are providing OEMs with a comprehensive suite of sustainable options that align with their environmental goals while meeting the rigorous demands of the automotive industry.
“These innovations present not only product solutions but are also a significant step forward in advancing sustainability within the automotive industry.”
The Circuline initiative emphasises choosing the right raw materials, with the belief that every natural resource, end-of-life product and scrap has inherent value and potential.
This includes prioritising renewable, biodegradable and natural resources, particularly plant-based fibres and new bio-based alternatives, maximising the use of recycled content and minimising environmental impact through every stage of production.
Supreme Group plans to expand the Circuline concept to encompass product lifecycle management, including product design modifications for multiple lifecycles, minimising environmental impact and improvements in resource efficiency.
The Tier 1 systems supplier is seeking partnerships with industries, governments and global communities to scale these sustainable practices.
