EQT to acquire Corza Biosurgery
Sweden-based investment firm EQT has agreed to acquire the biosurgery business unit from US-based global medtech company Corza Medical.
The business includes the TachoSil product portfolio, a dual-action active biologic patch that both controls bleeding and seals tissue during surgery.
