German technical knitting firm Born acquires MotorSkins
Dingelstädt, Germany-based technical knitting company Born has acquired MotorSkins, which produces innovative soft robotic, fluid-driven textiles.
MotorSkins’ approach to creating fluidic, adaptive materials is said to transform the e-textiles and wearable technology landscape, enhancing user interaction and well-being across various sectors, including sports, medical, personal protective equipment, human–machine interface and automotive.
