Indonesian Supreme Court rejects appeal against Sritex bankruptcy
Indonesia’s Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by textile giant Sri Rejeki Isman (Sritex) to overturn a bankruptcy ruling issued by the Semarang District Court several months ago.
