Myanmar garment workers win pay rise

Thousands of garment workers in Myanmar have won an agreement that increases pay and bonuses following a multi-day strike in Yangon, with workers seeking to increase their base daily pay of MMK5,200 (US$2.47), reports the Solidarity Center.
