Sustainability award for using reclaimed carbon fibres
Prodrive Composites has won the Sustainability Award, part of the Composites UK Industry Award Showcase for 2020.
The company has developed a unique process of combining reclaimed carbon fibres (RCF) with a liquid resin to create cost-effective lightweight automotive body panels. It has now manufactured affordable body panels from RCF for a niche vehicle application.
