The latest Mini features interiors made using an innovative two-dimensional (2D) weaving process that exhibits deep colour and various textures to elevate the cabin experience.
Mini already uses recycled polyester for its interior materials, which are also produced using 2D weaving. The process provides new design possibilities in terms of colouring and structure, enabling a dual-colour design with a sense of depth because the lower textile layer’s colour shines through the upper one.
