Protecting smart textiles safely and making them more durable
The Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences is working with five other partners to develop innovative solutions to make smart textiles safer and more durable.
The challenge is to produce these textiles in such a way that integrated sensors, conductive seams and other components are not damaged during machine washing and are robust against external influences.
