Winner Medical acquires stake in GRI

Winner Medical has acquired 75.2% equity of Global Resources International in a cash deal valued at around US$120m. The acquisition of the US-based company is Winner Medical’s first international equity acquisition project, providing it with an expanded manufacturing footprint with sites in the US, Dominican Republic, Vietnam and China.
