Chinese firm to establish textile mill in Cagayan

A Chinese company is setting up its textile business in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport (CSEZF) as the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) continues efforts to lure investors from China.

CEZA administrator and chief executive officer Raul Lambino said the Zhejiang Guannan Group, based in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, China, is seeking to invest around US$100m for a green textile industrial park in the CSEZF in Santa Ana, Cagayan.
