Ilocos town gets yarn production facility

The Regional Yarn Production and Innovation Center–Ilocos Norte has been launched in Vintar, Ilocos Norte province, Philippines, by the Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Textile Research Institute to help cotton farmers and provide weavers with locally made yarns.
