Investment fund acquires controlling stake in Latvian glass fibre producer
The Preiss-Daimler Group has sold a majority share of Latvian glass fibre producer Valmieras Stikla Šķiedra (Valmiera Glass) for €11m to Luxembourg-based Duke I, a subsidiary of Warwick European Opportunities Fund III, which is an alternative investment fund managed by London, UK-based Warwick Capital Partners.
