Partnership to bring US-grown hemp fibre into Vietnam’s textile supply chain

Ind Hemp, Summit International Trade and Thien Phuoc Ramie Group have signed a memorandum of understanding to integrate US-grown hemp fibre into Vietnam’s textile manufacturing supply chain.

The partnership connects US hemp production with Vietnam’s established spinning, weaving and garment manufacturing base, creating a new, scalable supply chain for hemp yarns, fabrics and finished goods. Initial yarns and fabrics produced through this collaboration were shown in April at the Functional Fabric Fair in Portland, Oregon, USA, where brands source sustainable performance fabrics.
