Philippines' DOST-PTRI sees textiles rising again through innovation
The Philippine textile industry is experiencing a resurgence, driven by innovation, sustainability and cultural appreciation, according to Dr Julius Leaño, director of the Department of Science and Technology’s Philippine Textile Research Institute.
