Indorama to acquire Sinterama

Global chemicals producer Indorama Ventures has entered into an agreement to acquire Sinterama, a manufacturer of polyester automotive yarns and high-performance coloured yarns.

The acquisition comprises five production sites in four countries: Italy, Brazil, China and Bulgaria, with a combined annual capacity of around 30,000 tonnes.
