Lear to open automotive seat cover plant in Macedonia

Lear has announced plans to open a new plant in summer to produce automotive seat covers in Gostivar, Macedonia.

Serving all major European automotive manufacturers, the group’s new facility will initially employ around 300 people, with an emphasis on leather and fabric cutting and sewing capability. Further expansion is expected.
