Porcher Industries acquires Cordtech International

Five months after its acquisition by British investment fund Warwick Capital Partners, French technical textile and composites manufacturer Porcher Industries has acquired Cordtech International from investment company RDC15.

Formerly the France-based site of Milliken, Cordtech specialises in the processing and treatment of industrial fibres for the automotive industry.
