Sage Automotive Interiors acquires Apollo

Sage Automotive Interiors has acquired the automotive manufacturing assets of Italy-based Apollo with the aim of expanding capacity and capability for automotive interior products to the European market.

Based in Florence, Italy, and Bucharest, Romania, Apollo is said to be is ideally suited to supply automotive fabrics and sewn covers in Central and Eastern Europe. Specifics of the transaction were not disclosed.
