Stronger carbon fibre produced three times faster

4M Carbon Fiber has produced a carbon fibre that is said to be 15% stronger than existing fibres, while tripling production output using atmospheric plasma oxidation technology.

The company said the results offer industry-disrupting opportunities for carbon fibre manufacturers, demonstrating the ability to produce better carbon fibre while spreading capital and operating costs over three times the production capacity.
