TexCar on show at Dornbirn fibres congress

A highlight of this year’s 55th Dornbirn Man-Made Fibers Congress will be Groz Beckert’s presentation of a longitudinally cut Mercedes-Benz E-Class Model to demonstrate the various aspects of fibres and fibre usage.

The TexCar vehicle has been cut at the crucial parts so that the application fields of fibres are disclosed and visible, and can be seen within the exhibition area at the annual event held in Dornbirn, Austria, from 20-22 September.

The congress will feature 100 lectures focusing on: fibres and textiles in automotive; fibres for nonwovens; fibre innovations; and finishing and functional additives.
