Vehicle seat covers made from trilaminate foams

A method for producing automotive seat covers from trilaminate foams has been developed by Magna International.

According to the company, seats with concavities of more than 10 cm in depth can be produced using its new FreeForm foam technology, which is not possible with conventional cut-and-sew techniques.
