Belarusian underwear producer acquired by ELG

European Lingerie Group (ELG), a vertically integrated manufacturer of intimate apparel and lingerie, has acquired Belarusian women’s underwear producer Yustyna. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition is part of ELG’s strategy to expand operations and add capacity for its private-label and branded operations.

Family-owned Yustyna, which was founded in Minsk in 1990, produces underwear for well-known brands in Belarus. It currently employs 66 people.
