Lotus fibres needed for natural fibre face masks in Cambodia

Cambodian eco-textile manufacturer Samatoa Lotus Textiles has called on farmers to supply lotus fibres that the business needs to produce natural fibre face masks, reports the Khmer Times.

The company is now seeking more than 150 farmers who have half-hectare lotus fields as it needs a minimum of 50 hectares of land to produce 20,000 masks a week to supply the international market.
