Vietnamese producers confident they can cope with a second COVID-19 wave

Many Vietnamese textile and footwear enterprises are confident they can alter their plans as required and find new markets to cope with any second wave of coronavirus (COVID-19).

However, the situation is worsening, according to most companies in these sectors, as the pandemic has returned to Vietnam and continues to rage in many countries worldwide.
