Life cycle assessment system launched for automotive textiles

Shawmut, a US-based supplier of automotive interior and seating fabrics and one of the world’s largest suppliers of warp knitted fabrics for headliners and other overhead systems components, has launched Shawmut Insights, a life cycle assessment system designed to identify the true environmental impact of automotive and industrial textile products.
