A.W. Hainsworth acquires Replin Fabrics

A.W. Hainsworth & Sons has announced the purchase of Replin Fabrics from Moorbrook Textiles (reports Aircraft Interiors International). Replin Fabrics is a designer and manufacturer of fabric for national and international transportation.

Replin will continue to offer technical, bespoke designed and engineered products for the aviation and rail sectors, and by the end of this year all manufacturing will be integrated from the current activity in Peebles, Scotland, into Hainsworth’s manufacturing and innovation centre at Spring Valley Mills, Stanningley, near Leeds, UK.
