Adient sells Recaro Seating to investment firm

Automotive seating supplier Adient has sold its Recaro Automotive Seating business to Raven Acquisitions, a Detroit, Michigan, USA-based, privately owned investment corporation in a transaction effective on 1 January.

The decision comes as Adient works to bring itself back to profitability.
