Aerolia and Sogerma, wholly-owned Airbus Group subsidiaries, are to merge their activities. This project will result in the creation of a multi-specialist equipment manufacturer with a turnover of €1.65bn and 6,100 employees worldwide.
As the leading European and the world’s third largest aerostructures group, the combined company’s major strategic areas will also include business class and first class passenger seats as well as pilot seats.
