AFK Sistema to acquire stake in Russian fashion retailer
Russian financial conglomerate AFK Sistema, which is owned by billionaire Vladimir Yevtushenkov, is acquiring a 47.7% stake in Melon Fashion Group in a move that will make the company one of the leading players in the Russian fashion retail scene.
