Aircraft seating joint venture starts operations

Adient Aerospace, the joint venture between aerospace company Boeing and automotive seating supplier Adient, has become operational after securing regulatory approvals.

The joint venture is developing a portfolio of seats for new aircraft and retrofit configurations. It will initially develop lie-flat business class seats for wide-body aircraft.
