Auria joint venture formed for soft trim and acoustic products

Shanghai Shenda and International Automotive Components (IAC) Group have completed their joint venture transaction, officially forming Auria Solutions, which will supply soft trim and acoustic products to the automotive industry.

Shenda has acquired a 70% stake in the new enterprise with IAC holding a 30% interest. The joint venture expands a partnership between affiliates of both companies over nearly two decades.
