Automotive Interiors Expo Awards champion design and innovation

The winners of the Automotive Interiors Expo Awards 2014 have been announced, with wins for Mercedez-Benz, BMW, Continental and Jaguar.

Hosted at last month’s Automotive Interiors Expo 2014 in Stuttgart, Germany, the awards are designed to honour the world’s finest designers, innovations and products, championing all aspects of automotive interior excellence and innovation.

With a judging panel that includes some of the world’s leading automotive journalists, the Automotive Interiors Expo Awards is now in its third year.

Recognised for his continued work on the interior layout of two new models – the S-Class and C-Class – Mercedes-Benz vice-president of design, Gorden Wagener won the Interior Designer of the Year category.
