Bangladeshi group plans investment in Serbia
Pretty Group, a textile producer from Bangladesh, which employs 17,000 workers and has an annual turnover of around €160m (US$176m), has announced the opening of a facility in Sombor, Serbia, in which 1,100 people could be employed.
The company plans to invest €16m (US$17.6m) in the project, installing machinery of the latest technology in the 15,000 m2 facility and making an annual turnover of €26m (US$28.5m).
