Croatian fashion company Varteks has accepted a proposal for recapitalisation lodged by UK-based private investment company Valtegra, which is expected to invest HRK37.2m (US$5.9m).
Valtegra is set to buy 2.1m new shares in Varteks at HRK17.7 (US$2.81) each. According to local media reports, Valtegra will own a 48.6% stake in the Croatian company.
