Bulgarian home textiles maker starts production of ‘dry-dyed’ fabrics

Image 9003471 126Bulgarian home textiles producer Aglika is saving around 8,000 litres of water for every 300 bath towels produced with an innovative dyeing method that does not require any water.

The company has developed the patent-pending Watersave technology as part of a three-year BGN1.7m (US$1m) project, in which half of the costs were provided under the EU’s Innovation and Competitiveness Framework Programme.
