Bulgarian second-hand clothing wholesaler Humanita is planning to increase its capital by BGN1.486m (US$830,000) to BGN3.44m (US$1.93m) via a new share issue.
The company intends to offer 1,486,430 shares with a nominal value of BGN1 (US$0.56) each at a price that is still due to be set ahead of a shareholders meeting in November.
