Cambodia’s textile, clothing and footwear exports saw a sharp decline in the first nine months of the year, a trend attributed largely to falling global demand, particularly in the EU and US markets, the Ministry of Commerce reported.
During the period, clothing exports fell by more than 17% year on year to US$5.93bn and other textile product exports fell by over 7% to US$325m.
