Cambodia’s clothing industry is seeking graduates as part of a campaign to see local staff take over senior positions in factories (reports Nikkei Asia).
With a recently aired television advertisement, the industry-funded Cambodian Garment Training Institute hopes to convince local talent that the sector can offer careers that rise above the factory floor.
