Germany-based automotive supplier Aunde Group has announced a change in leadership: Rolf Königs will step down after more than 40 years of service, having developed the company, which was founded in 1899 as Achter & Ebels in Mönchengladbach, into a global player with 116 sites in 28 countries.
In a two-step transition, Königs will retire from his positions on the board of directors for various business operations as of 1 July, and will also resign as chief executive officer of the board of directors of Aunde on 1 September.
