Clothing factory in Albania to create 700-800 new jobs

A clothing factory is to be founded in Gyumri, Armenia, under a US$12m investment programme that is set to generate 700-800 jobs.

As part of the deal the government has allocated the buildings of the former regional hospital and the surrounding area to Armenian textile maker Sasstex.
