Co-operation on recycled carbon fibre for automotive applications

The UK’s ELG Carbon Fibre and China-based Adesso Advanced Materials Wuhu have concluded a memorandum of understanding regarding co-operation to develop lightweight composite components for the automotive industry based on ELG’s recycled carbon fibre materials.

The initial focus of the co-operation is to investigate applications identified by China-based Chery New Energy Automobile Technology on the Chery eQ1 electric vehicle.
