A new early-stage processing plant has opened its doors in Malaysia, offering a “one-stop shop” for scouring, topmaking and shrink resist treatments.
The opening of Compass Wool Processors shows there is confidence in the future of the wool industry, and the plant aims to be an integral part of the supply chain by late-2014, according to business manager Stefan Bernerius.
