Compostable baby diaper nears market launch
A two-year pilot programme in France has demonstrated the feasibility of a compostable diaper supply chain.
The collaboration, between French diaper manufacturer Celluloses de Brocéliande, a subsidiary of Agromousquetaires, and North Carolina, USA-based materials producer Tethis, is now aiming to bring the first known compostable diaper to market.
