The board of Czech nonwovens producer Pegas Nonwovens is considering a voluntary takeover bid from R2G Rohan Czech worth CZK1,010 (US$45.6) per share, valuing the Prague-listed firm at CZK9.3bn (US$420m).
R2G is Pegas’ second largest shareholder with 6.6% as of mid-June. Woods Textiles Holding owns a quarter of the shares.
